Well, we’re into the summer hols here (3 days… when do they go back?) and, as with every yeaar, I am taking a break from Meal planning because frankly it’s impossible when we are here, there are everywhere! Is there ever any real way to plan properly in the summer hols? Not really in this house.
So the meal plans will be over for the next 5-6 weeks, back just in time for the return to school (and the subsequent return to packed lunches for us). In the mean time, here are some of my fave meal ideas.

This is a beauty from Foodie Crush – big fan girl energy from me. I would also recommend adding some cumin, paprika and coriander powders and some kidney beans to make your leftovers into a tasty chilli con carne!
