Meal plan 3/5

It’s gonna be maayyyyy. Had to be done – is it overused and cliche? Yes. It is still a must. Hope you all had a lovely bank holiday, we got to see some friends and had a cracking football tournament over the weekend for Toby which he absolutely loved! This week is going to be a mixture of simple foods and Hello Fresh – I’ve just collaborated with them and frankly, I can’t recommend their boxes enough! The code HELLOHARRIET should still be working and can give you 5 meals for as little as £13.99!

So let’s have a look what’s for dinner this week:

Tuesday :: Hello Fresh Beef Pilaff

This looks insanely yummy, it’s one of those easy recipes that takes minimal effort but everyone is bound to enjoy! Try out Hello Fresh here.

Wednesday :: Hello Fresh Roast Chicken with garlic mash

Another delish looking meal from Hello Fresh – I think what really does it for me is that it’s completely step by step, everything is in a bag waiting for you ready and pre-portioned… what’s not to love?

Thursday :: Thai Curry

This recipe from That Spicy Chick looks amazing – I will most likely use a jar of paste and just wing it to be honest…

Friday :: Bolognese Bake

So easy to do, perfect for a simple lunch the following day too – this recipe is from Simply Delicious Food.

Saturday :: Beans on Toast

… or homemade pizza. Really depends on how knackered we are tbh.

Sunday :: Cottage Pie

I love making this kind of thing on a Sunday because it gives the kids the perfect warm lunch for the following day in their flasks! Winner winner! Recipe tin eats is a fave of mine and this recipe is a lovely classic.

    That all looks so lovely but especially the bolognaise bake! I have only ever done a spag bol on the cooker top never thought to bake it – looks so much nicer your way!

    I love that you meal planned beans on toast – my kind of plan!
