FabFitFun the subscription box for everyone!

Hands up if you love subscription boxes? MEEEEE!

I have always been a bit of a subscription box lover, there is something so fun about receiving a gift through the post, my Christmas wish list that my mum asks me to make every year for last December was literally a list of subscription boxes with the note: “Please choose one of these, k thanks!”

At the time I had never heard of FabFitFun, and it was only when they reached out recently that I discovered them, but if you are a subscription box fan, you’re going to want to buckle up and read on because WOW.

FabFitFun is a fabulous quarterly subscription box that costs under £50 for a box worth over £150  that contains full size treats for you to enjoy with every new season (charges are in USD). I’ve very kindly been sent the Winter Box to review and it is awesome. The concept is that, unlike the majority of boxes, you won’t be sent samples of products, but full size products that fit to the season. You can customise every box as well, so you are guaranteed to receive things that you actually want, minimising the waste that can be involved with some subscription boxes. Choose from a selection of customisable options and then add things in too if you fancy an extra treat – if you want a surprise then you can just let it run and you aren’t obliged to choose anything, the clever clogs at FabFitFun headquarters will choose for you!

That isn’t the only thing that makes this box different – this isn’t a box exclusively for fitness lovers (which I am not), a box for beauty lovers or a box for home lovers, it’s a lifestyle box that can incorporate fashion, beauty, fitness and lifestyle products. You also get access to FabFitFunTV which has workouts for you to join in with anywhere and everywhere if that is your bag. If you want to, there are sales exclusively for members on full size products so you get a brilliant price on items offered through partners, adds ons into the seasonal box or even capsule selections. There is even a community of FabFitFun lovers where you can share tips and chat! It’s just such a flexible and customisable subscription, beyond just a box of goodies.

So what was actually in my winter box?

Super cosy slippers from PJ Salvage – these are furry lined and the ultimate in winter luxury!

I’d never even heard of these Thirsty Hands from Nails Inc but they are AMAZING. I put the gloves on and carried on as normal, they smelt like Lily of the Valley and my hands came out feeling oh-so-soft! You get two in a pack too!

Who doesn’t love a good face and eye mask? Karuna Face For All is highly recommended by beauty bloggers for the all in one face mask, and these eye masks are sure to help my eye bags (thanks Edith!)

I actually recommended these in a round up on instagram a few months ago! I did a coffee lovers round up and these Frank Body coffee scrubs were top of the list for a great stocking filler. This size pack will last you AGES!

Possibly the most exciting thing in the box for me is this Proof is in the Puddin eyeshadow palette from Beauty Bakeries is just gorgeous and exactly what I need in preparation for the holiday season!

Do you use detangler? Well I do but I don’t have my own – I use Edith’s and it’s not designed for adult hair so has a tendency to leave my hair a bit greasier than I would like! This detangler from Prep Rally is just what the doctor ordered and will protect my hair during those colder, harsher months.

The Make Up Eraser – I am a big fan of using a flannel to wash my face, but I’ve never had one like this before! This lifts your make up with just water and is super gentle to your face.

This Rebecca Minkoff wooly hat and arm warmer set is perfect for the school run – it was -1C this morning so anything that warms me up is a WINNER!

So there you have it, what a box right? All full size products and so customisable!

If you fancy trying this out for yourself, you can get a special 20% off offer on your very own winter  box using the code “TROO10” – grab the box here before it sells out.
